In accordance with the history of this conference, the requested format for the abstract submission is a 3 (minimum) to 4 (maximum) total pages paper-style abstract to be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS):  

• All submitted materials will be reviewed for acceptance
• If accepted (with or without corrections), published in JPCS and citable.

 
Furthermore for this 12th edition, we intend to select the best submitted papers from students, postdocs and medical physics residents for a Rising Star oral competition. If, as the first author, you fall in this category, simply start your title by “RSC:” to be considered! [ we will remove “RSC:” at the edition stage]

Submission should be done as a single Microsoft Word document using the template available here and guidelines available here. The WORD document should be sent at ic3ddose@phy.ulaval.ca.
